    • Waived App and Admin, credited back at move in.
    • Early Termination flexibility.
      • 45-day notice required with verification of job relocation.
        • Must fulfill 60% of lease.
        • No concession payback is required if applicable and all terms are met.
      • No early termination fee charged.
    • Resident Rewards Program
      • First referral $500
      • Second referral $750
      • Subsequent referrals $1000 for life of residency
  • Guidelines to become a PEP
    • Individuals must provide proof of employment to qualify for the PEP
  • Positions/Employers listed below, are eligible for the program
    • • Local City, County, or Government Employees
      • All First Responders
      • Local ISD, School Employees, Daycare/Preschools
      • Local Hospital/Medical Employees
      • Garland Power & Light, Oncor, Atmos Energy
      • Local Universities
